"I was there for the Colombia vs USA soccer game, the staff was polite but they were busy. I went to the room they gave me and someone was already there...lol The second room was empty! it was a double bedroom. My bed wasn't great, it had a dent in the mattress.. my son's was perfect! Would I stay here again.. yes I would! "

"The check-in was fine. The gentleman was very friendly at the desk. The room was average. It appeared clean initially, but the shower did not drain And it smelled when you took a shower because the drain was backing up. Also, there was no stopper in the sink and there was a smell coming from the drain. When I turned down the bed at night, there was a blood stain on the sheets, which was really unappealing to see the least. They didn’t not have a phone in the room to contact the front desk. "Staff was excellent and the property was well maintained. The bullet proof glass at the front desk was a concern at first but I'm sure they have their reasons for it . 👍"

"The room was very nice all around. Knowing that the hotel was in renovation mode. My only concern is that the bathtub became very slippery after the first person used it. May I suggest a rubber mat on the tub's floor, or an extra bar on the outside tub for a much safer entry. Thank you!"

"Under construction indoor fun stuff not available they did have outdoor kid games available but we don’t have kids. Mini convenience store had no ice cream 1936 bar & grill which rod & reel recommended not good over priced don’t go there other hrs opened late closed early "

"The property is beautiful, with terrific gardens and magnificent water views. Our room (06) was waterfront with huge hydrangeas outside. However, the bathroom needs renovation. The pedestal sink was awful as there was no place for cosmetics or the cosmetic bag. An upright suitcase on wheels was brought into the bathroom to provide a needed serface.
