Enjoy our local entertainment and restaurants that source local fresh produce. Sandwiched between the tranquil Kent countryside and the sea, you will leave feeling refreshed and revived.

All ammentiites such as Supermarkets, Local Grocers, Pubs, Restaurants and the Seafront are all 5 minutes walk away.

The neighbourhood
Excellent neighbourhood, child friendly with park and recreational centre for children's activities around the corner.

Keep an eye out for Summer festivities along the beach such as the Arts and Music festival held every year, the Classic Car Show and night entertainment at venues such as The Astor Community Theatre and The Lighthouse.

Getting around
We recommend walking around our town to get the full benefits of the local culture. However if you prefer to get around by other means, the town is vehicle accesible and bikes can be hired for use on our idyllic bicycle trails along the beach and surrounding area.

Convenient location, lovely home
The house is conveniently located near a petrol station and a short walk to Deal Pier. Well decorated, spacious rooms. This property had everything we needed for a couple nights stay. We would stay here again if staying in the area.

Beautiful, roomy house filled with lovely things; Fatima has very good taste, and we loved the decor. We would suggest very small practical additions; few more large bowls/serving dishes & sharp knives in kitchen, waste paper baskets in bedrooms, & folding garden chairs to enjoy the balcony on the back bedroom. The bottom drawers of the fridge froze our meat & salad. Deal is lovely, & the house was well placed to get to the beach & town. If you don't want to cook, the garage opposite has huge selection of the frozen 'Cook' meals.

All as expected, the house met our needs very well. Some minor decoration is in progress but did not affect us at all. The garden was adequate but could do with tidying. Very pleasant stay, the owner is attentive and helpful, I would return.

Very average
Comfortable beds and average resources. No instructions for anything which caused lots of unnecessary hassle, contacting the owner, waiting for responses. House is part decorated, lots of details missing,l and generally feels unfinished. Wobbly toilet seats, dodgy shower and extremely unreliable ovens. Family celebration for 90th birthday went less than smoothly which was disappointing as that time cannot be regained. We have requested some compensation but not had a response!

Great stay for golfers
Great location for golfers visiting the Sandwich golfing area. 3 excellent courses from 3 minutes to max 25 minutes from the house. House is well furbished. Quality is good. Beds are fine. Information up to date. When around, we will be back.
