"Keva went above and beyond her duties to secure some dinner reservations for us. She was super nice and helpful and we greatly appreciated it. Tacashanae at the front desk showed much patience and understanding when dealing with a large family and some issues they were having. I was impressed."

"Don't go by other reviews on here. There is nothing wrong with this place! For the price it's unbeatable. I guess everyone wants their resort to be exactly like Baha Mar for $3,000 a night...but want to pay only $300 a night...and then complain about it."

"The 3 pools onsite at the Pelican are small but nice. The restaurant at the pool was convenient and delicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. You have to take the free ferry (or shuttle) to Taino Beach and this is where you find the fun slide, and swim up cave bar that you see in some of the ..."
