"Great location but the propert upkeep was lacking. The pool was green with leaves all in it. We brought stuff to swim but couldn’t use the pool. The inside was nice but there was only one roll of TP and one roll of paper towels. We still enjoyed our stay but property wasn’t as expected"

The American Airlines Center and all its amenities were quite close as well! The building itself had some great security guards and gated garages ensuring that it was quite safe. "The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."
