The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition. The bathroom ceiling was taped with duct tape. The host, Jonathan, was rude and unprofessional. "

It had everything we needed when traveling with an infant. The location was also good - easy to get around to all the main attractions in the Kansas City area. "We absolutely loved the location and we walked to several places nearby, but there were groups of bikers both nights right across the street just revving their engines until 2 and 3 am. The VRBO has excellent insulation from most all normal noises, so had it not been for the bikers who seemed to gather every night, it would have been nice and quiet. "

"We felt so welcome! There was a greeting card and decorations! What an amazing place. We had no trouble with parking even on graduation weekend (no parking ticket!). Such a great location for all the festivities and outings. We could walk to nearly all parties and the shuttle stop for commencement was great. A great weekend. Well worth the price. "
