From the moment we arrived, Amy made us feel genuinely welcome, providing a warm introduction to the hotel, a helpful orientation to our room, and excellent recommendations to make the most of our short stay.
Our room was elegant and comfortable, and while the bed was a little narrower than we would have preferred, we still enjoyed a good night’s sleep. What truly made this hotel memorable, however, was the outstanding service. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful experience.
