We were very impressed by the complimentary breakfast that there was eggs sausage and other items to choose from including waffles and fresh fruit. The whole area was very clean and nice. "I was skeptical when I saw the very high ratings, because it is also the cheapest in the area. We crashed in our drive across Texas, and this place was perfect. Clean sheets, good functioning air conditioner, secure room, very clean minimalist restroom. Someone highly conscientious is running the place, as seen by the caulking, clean corners, and close attention to the small details of maintenance. All other comparably priced places have things such as dirt in corners, stained curtains, moldy tub caulk, etc. In sharpt contrast, this place is as good as it gets for a very basic room."
