Deception

The unit was very nice however no one had mentioned the pool was still under construction. Our Hostess Maddie was made aware as we brought it to her attention at check in. When I booked in Nov 2024 description said pool would be ready by Dec. No year just Dec. We had issues with both her and Vrbo trying to cancel but the next day Arooja with Vrbo resolved the issues.Will use Vrbo again but not if Maddie is a host. She lied and said she tried calling me back and then said she left a voice mail which neither was on my phone. She told me she was worried about losing her fee so didn’t seem to want to resolve the problem
Stayed 3 nights in May 2025
