Nestled in Daytona Beach Shores, this brilliant condo offers 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower, and a lovely living room with 2 sofa beds. You can rent this luxury condominium for the price of a hotel room or less. This condo unit is located next to the famous Sunglow Pier, in a quiet section of Daytona Beach Shores. This is a place where can enjoy the ultimate beach vacation in a relaxed and fun environment! The Sunglow Resort is located directly on the beach, so you can enjoy magnificent sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean each morning. There are miles of white sandy beach where you can spend your days swimming, fishing, surfing, boating, jet skiing, biking or just relaxing on the pool deck soaking in the famous Florida sunshine.

This unit offers two bedrooms, two queen-sized beds along with two full sized bathrooms with allow for maximum privacy. You may also use the pull-out couch. The unit can comfortably sleep six guests.

Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a large private balcony with a great ocean view. There is wireless internet and cable TV available at no charge. The outdoor pool deck offers a swimming pool along with a hot tub and common picnic area that even has several charcoal grills for those evenings that you would enjoy a family cookout!

Great place and location

We all enjoyed our stay. This place had everything we were looking for- 2bdrm/2bath, kitchen, living room looking out at the beach, great location, and having the pier restaurant next door was nice and convenient after being on our bikes all day. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Property!

The concierge and maintenance staff were friendly, professional and quick to respond to concerns with our rental unit. Beautiful property, security seems very important maybe a little much with needing a key to exit pool area to parking lot or beach.

Beautiful beach views & 10 minutes from downtown Daytona Beach Shores.

This two bedroom 2 bath condo is quaint. A little dated, but for the price and location more than worth. Owner is very attentive, fully stocked kitchen so just bring your groceries. Steps away from the pool and the beach. Has cable and wifi as well. Building is very secure, has ample parking,and close to Publix and Winn Dixie. Hope to be back next year.

Loved our stay and would go back!

The photos do not do this condo justice. They view is just amazing!! We spent a lot of our time just sitting on the balcony, relaxing, taking pictures of the sunset and sunrise and just enjoying time. The condo was well stocked and set up perfectly with the bedrooms being on opposite ends and having their own bathroom. We would love to come back in the future.

Good for a quick trip

This place was good for what we needed for just a couple of nights after being at Disney. Might I suggest some upgrades on the bed pillows along with some room darkening curtains in the master bedroom. Even though this is on the driving part of the beach, it was still relatively quiet at the time we were there. We weren't elbow to elbow with folks nor was there an inordinate amount of driving traffic.

Best Yet !

We have visited This beach for 30 years and this is the best place so far. My Mom came with us and hates the beach but not anymore. The back patio over the pool on the second floor is perfect for watching the children and watching the awesome waves and a peir with a nice restaurant! No need to look for any other place to stay. ITS PERFECT! But don’t tell anyone.

Had everything we needed. Owner was in top of AC issue when we arrived. Previous occupants froze the AC unit, the owner called me to let me know he was working on it. I thought that was amazing customer service. Kids enjoyed the pool and we used the bbq pit.

Unfortunately the unit needed updated. Extra blankets smelled of urine and there wasn't enough pillows for all of us. Also it wasn't very clean and garbage disposal had a terrible odor. The property itself was convenient, pool was nice.

Plug-in in the master bath does not work. Toilet paper not stocked and had to go buy some. No pot holders for getting food out of oven. Other than that, everything was great!!!

Family Weekend

It is an older condo, but spacious. The couch needs to be replaced. It would be great if they had a nice roll-away cot in place of foldout couch. Had dishes and some cleaning supplies. Location is good. Love the security. The kitchen counter had crumbs on it and the master bath had hair and dirt on the floor. Having said all of this, would probably rent in this building again. Check out is 10am. Most places it is 11am. Could use the extra hour.
