The building has secure reserved underground parking along with plenty of guest parking on the upper deck. Conveniently located directly across the street from Publix and Walgreens. One block from Community Center which has pickleball and tennis courts. No pets.

Unit has dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, pots, pans, utensils, dual coffee maker for full pot or individual cup, air fryer, large and small crock pot, blender, hand mixer and toaster. Bath towels, beach towels and bed sheets provided. There is also an assortment of spices available for cooking.

Steps to beach were damaged by Hurricane Milton and currently closed. Public beach access is one block south (4 buildings) at Van Avenue Park. Steps are expected to be repaired summer 2025

This is a private residence and not a hotel. There is no housekeeping service. Vacuum cleaner in unit. Starter supply of toilet paper/paper towel and laundry detergent provided.

Host Fee of $200 is the cleaning fee.
