Gorgeous apartment! It has 1 Queen Size bed and 1 Queen Size Sofa bed up to 4 people. Newly furnished with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and Regular, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Apartment includes linens, towels, 50" inch TV includes 40+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand in the Daytona Beach Resort Spa and Conference Center.

Whether your staying a weekend or a week you'll love this property. Fitness Room, Business Center and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The apartment is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Great beach . . .

Property had damaged by weather and has not been fixed, four swimming pools at property, all closed and empty, unsightly. No access to beach from property. Apt itself would be fine for a young couple with lots of energy. We are old and used to services, of which they were minimal levels at property.

Awesome place

When I went the amenities were still closed and parking is a little inconvenient but they just finished repaving the lot and it should be open in the next few days looks like so parking should be better soon. The room overall was really good. The bed was comfortable the view is amazing and if you like good water pressure then you will LOVE the shower. I’ve never had a shower with that much pressure at a condo or hotel it was awesome. The owner gives you plenty of toilet paper tissues soaps shampoos and paper towels. There was a laundry basket for the onsite laundry if you need to wash clothes. There are plenty of towels and wash rags and these weren’t thin towels either they were good thick plush towels. The owner was super communicative and helpful and even let me extend my stay for two extra days without having to rebook and check out and then check back in. You can walk to several shops and restaurants that are right across the street including a Publix grocery store so it is super convenient. I definitely recommend this place. Just beware that the amenities will still be closed for a while looks like.
