Beautiful OCEANFRONT One Bedroom Condo

Not to be confused with an ocean view unit, this privately owned updated sixth floor OCEANFRONT suite with a private balcony offers unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and coastline.

Enjoy breakfast with breathtaking views of the rising sun over the ocean; a romantic moonlight dinner; an evening snuggled on the lounge to the sounds of the waves; or a cozy evening to a fireplace on those chilly nights.

The suite offers two  luxurious queen size beds in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa for extra guests. Plenty of eating areas, and a beautifully furnished living room with an electric fireplace that can be used with or without heat.

The hotel offers two outdoor pools, an outdoor kiddie pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a heated indoor pool for those late night or early morning swims, and an exercise room.

PLEASE NOTE the reduced nightly pricing reflects the temporary amenity closures to include the pools and hot tubs.

The hotel is located within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, and a short drive to the boardwalk and pier.

Our stay was absolutely great. Unit was very clean with a great view of the beach. May provided detailed instructions on how to enter and parking. The location is easily accessible with plenty of parking. We will definitely rent this unit again when we return to Daytona.

The stay was amazing and the property manager was very accommodating. The room was exactly as described, easy check in process, amazing view of the ocean from the room. Parking was easy access and the beach was extremely convenient to get to from the room. Great place to stay, we spent a week and would definitely consider staying at this location again. We loved our family vacation here. We received detailed instructions on every aspect. The unit is stocked with coffee and beach towels. We will be back and would highly recommend this property. The view was amazing out on the cozy patio.

Short stay but very clean and had all the necessary amenities needed including beach items, which we did not use. Just wish the pool was open but not the fault of owner. The resort was under construction so there was noise during the day but it will help to improve the resort.

We had a great time, our condo was just as listed, clean, comfortable and accommodating to everything we needed. May herself was a doll and wonderful to work with, communication was great and she made it very easy for us. Can’t wait to go back and 100% will stay in the same place!

Had a great time staying here. The view is great and the condo is very nice and well stocked with items you might need. My only issue is the a/c seems to small to keep the entire unit cool enough for my liking. The pools and pool deck are nice and just a few steps and you are on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay during the NDA Championship. The property was just as it is in the pictures and as stated. The pools were not available due to the hurricane, but we did not have time to use them anyway. We did enjoy waking up to the beach view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in this beautifully decorated Condo was wonderful. We had all the essentials we needed to just move in and relax. The view was awesome. I loved sitting out on the patio curled up on the settee, reading or just ocean and people watching. May went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with messages explaining what we could expect and was availble when we needed help with something we didn't understand. Can't wait to go back!

We loved the view and the condo. The location was perfect. The host is friendly and I highly recommend. The only thing wrong is the resort had broken elevators. At one point only 1 elevator was working.

My boys and I rented the Ortona Park property as part of our Christmas break getaway. The place was just as the pictures showed! It was perfect size for myself and two teenage boys! We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the patio each morning watching the sun rise and listening to the ocean waves! Communication was amazing. Always updated on status of the property as it had hurricane damage. I would absolutely stay here again.

A very nice place to stay. Ocean view was fantastic. Only 2 things that were troublsome: 1. The door was a bit hard to deal with as the mehanical lock was hard deal with at times. 2. There was no hot water when we took showers later in the day to go out in the evening but there was hot water in the other taps. The owner is great to deal with!😃

We reached out to May regarding a VERY last minute reservation for the week. May was incredibly quick to communicate with us, and graciously accommodated our request. The oceanfront view is spectacular - you will have the best view for a breathtaking morning sunrise. The condo decor is beautiful; a cozy yet functional seaside retreat. May’s hospitality is unmatched; she has thought of every detail and possible need that a guest may have (from a first aide kit, to beach chairs, to complementary laundry pods, to complementary coffee supplies, and so much more). May’s communication was impeccable; every bit of information we needed concerning our stay was relayed to us. At first contact, May was transparent with us, explaining that the building did not (currently) have functional amenities such as pool, hot tub, parking deck, etc. We appreciate her willingness for full transparency with her guests. Thank you, May, for a beautiful visit to your ocean escape!

The unit was very nice and well appointed. Exactly as listed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond when I booked it. Check-in was easy. The only "issues" are in no way related to the unit. The parking garage was closed (this was disclosed so not a surprise) but it was a bummer because we had to lug our stuff further. Also the common area at the pool was slightly amiss with construction, etc. but we were glad at least one of the pools were back open.
