"House and property were great. We would recommend a ladder for dock to be able to get out of water easier. Additional chairs on lower patio would be nice to enjoy the view from both levels also. Still had a great time and will look to return."

It’s a small town feel. We went to attend our college class reunion there. Great small collage set in the hills of East Tennessee.

Dayton is a small town, but had everything we needed. There are several local restaurants that are great. The downtown itself is charming with beautiful old buildings, a large public park for kids to play, and gorgeous walking parks near the water.
