About this property
Single Level Ranch Layout, Huge Patio, Surrounded by Vineyards, Free Tastings, Foosball and Fire-Pit
Without a doubt, The Blanchard Homestead sits on one of the premier properties in the Dundee Hills AVA which is practically the epicenter of Oregon Wine Country. The home is a wonderful blend of new updates and vintage pieces. You are surrounded by some of the most renowned vineyards in the region on all sides of the property. Beyond that, there are a number of attractions and fantastic restaurants in the region you won't want to miss.
There are so many great amenities to this home and being a spacious single level home is a major one. It is perfect for families, small group, and friends to enjoy the space and make memories. One of the first things everyone notices is the oversized windows that allow an incredible amount of natural light and expansive regional and vineyard views. You will also find a flat-screen TV, with satellite and streaming options. If you get a chance enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace and while someone plays something on the piano.
The whole group can gather around in the fully-equipped kitchen to make a meal together, or to enjoy some wine and conversations at the wet bar. In the summer, you and your guests can enjoy meals on the outdoor patio and relax in the setting sun. Patio lounge seating, a outdoor dining table and large BBQ grill recently added.
This home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two rooms have luxurious king beds, with attached bathrooms. A third bedroom includes a queen bed with an attached full bath, and the fourth bedroom features four twin beds. The kids will love the foosball table, and the parents will love the less than 5-minute walk to Sokol Blosser, a popular winery. There are literally hundreds of vineyards within a 20 mile radius and dozens within a few minute drive.
Dundee sits close to Newberg, McMinnville, Dayton, Carlton and Yamhill. It is a wonderful central location just off Highway 99 where you easily have access to the entire region.
Be sure to visit The Blanchard Guest Home listing if your group is larger, as the full property with both houses can accommodate 14 guests! Please reach out if you are interested in having an event here as the large outdoor patio is perfect for a number of gatherings. Additional fees can apply.
This wine country property comes with free tastings at multiple vineyards. You will get information on that as soon as you book. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

The Blanchard Homestead location is a great for wine tasting and sight-seeing. Our group, 3 couples, found the layout absolutely perfect for our needs. The house was very clean and well equipped. Wine tasting was great at several wineries and also at tasting rooms in McMinnville. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice. I would highly recommend the property, and we plan to book again next year.

Girls Trip- Wine Weekend
The house was clean and well stocked. Amazing views and plenty of space for our party of 7. We had an amazing weekend at the Blanchard Homestead. We are considering returning next spring. The only thing this property is missing is hot tub!
The Blanchard Homestead is an absolute gem! Such a beautiful home that is absolutely spotless, and filled with everything you would need. Our family of 5 felt so comfortable and we were able to unwind and relax. The beds are so comfortable too! I would highly recommend for a large family or groups of friends. Great location to enjoy all the fabulous wineries too!
This home was incredible. Beautiful kitchen, huge bedrooms and such amazing views of the vineyards and mountains. The location couldn't have been any better! All of us thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hosts were SO responsive. Any questions we had were answered practically within minutes. Would highly recommend this property!
This home was spotless, peaceful, fully equipped, and spacious! The fireplace was delightful, and the beds were comfortable. Such a cozy place to gather when the weather was cold and rainy. The view was wonderful! It would have been a great spot to gather had the weather been nice, too. The patio was inviting but we didn't get to use it. Thank you for sharing your home for our graduation celebration weekend with family and friends!

Annual girls trip
The Blanchard Homestead is a perfect place to stay. Well appointed. Awesome patio for star gazing. Loved the fire pit. Centrally located and so close to many wineries. Good communication- lost power on our first morning and they were very responsive. Comfortable beds. Two recommendations : hang a mirror on the back of the door in the bunk room and some more hangers would be nice.
This was a beautiful property overlooking vineyards of Durant, Sokol Blosser, Domaine Willamette, etc. The proximity in wine country was perfect. The layout of the home with the bathroom configurations made it perfect for the adults so we each had our own bathroom and bedroom area creating that sense of privacy as needed, but yet the kitchen and living area spacious and open with great views (saw Mt. Hood sunrises with hot air balloons in the morning!). Communication with property was easy and quick. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend, and will likely book again our next trip.
The property was in a gorgeous area, surrounded by vineyards. The house is large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fairly odd layout. Comfortable beds. The furniture is also quite comfortable. The decor is pretty dated. We would have loved some lawn games or something else to draw us outside. There is a fire pit but no chairs around it. Very large patio that isn’t particularly welcoming since there is only a table and chairs in the middle of it.
We came from Virginia to experience the wines, scenery, and sights of the famed Willamette Valley. The house was situated right in the middle of several vineyards, so we certainly got the immersion into the wine scene here that we were looking for. It’s a perfect location for visiting the many famed wineries here. We were never more than 15 minutes from several wineries. The house had an enormous well-equipped kitchen, which served as our group’s gathering spot at the beginning and end of each day. There are also huge, windows in the front of the house for enjoying the spectacular setting and views. The layout of the house was spread out widely around the single-story structure giving each of us couples lots of privacy, peace, and quiet during downtime. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun spacious house in wine country
We loved gathering in the comfortable living room surrounded by large windows and expansive views of the adjacent vineyard and Mt. Hood in the distance. Our group of four friends enjoyed short drives to small, charming wine country towns and amazing wineries. The house was very clean, updated and spacious - albeit the floorplan a bit sprawling. The décor and finishes are nice with dark wood tones. Nice bedding and amazing towels. The cook in our group appreciated the high-quality kitchen appliances. We enjoyed a movie night watching the big screen smart TV. Good communication with property manager too. We’ll be back.

Home Among Vineyards
Wonderful old remodeled home. Updated in every respect. For us it was a simple plug and play format with no issues from our home to this home electronically. Quiet surroundings a quarter of a mile off the main country road between Dundee and McMinnville. We had a party of five adults and we were never on top of each other. Clean and awesome place. We were there for wine tastings and took full advantage of the free tastings offered with this home through iTrip. iTrip personnel where courteous and thorough to make sure our visit to Oregon was five stars.
Stayed at the home over Easter 2024 where we gathered family from Canada and California. Communication with the management team was easy and efficient. Booking changes were handled easily. The home is on one level making it suitable for families with kids. The home is as the pictures show. The home is built into a hill with the back patio just a few feet below the roof line. Kitchen was large and well stocked with appliances and the basic tools. Beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a great choice for us. Just one minor issue we had was with the oven and burners.
Interior was excellent although HVAC caused some issues. Master bedroom vent location was not good. Even though we closed vent it would blow right on you. Other rooms were either too cold or too warm.
Vacuum canister completely full we had to empty it for it to work properly.
Exterior could be updated and made more attractive. Patio was not properly cleaned.
On a more positive note living room and kitchen, bar and dining room was enjoyable.
We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful location and the house was a great place for our family to gather and enjoy the gorgeous views.

Great place and service
Had a great stay and only issue was dishwasher which would not start but Itrip jumped on it and worked great the rest of weekend. All good and hope to stay again in future
The house was perfect for those of us that traveled from out of town to attend a family wedding. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The views from the living rooms windows were to die for.
More or less central to Willamette Valley. Great views. Comfortable front porch area. Everyone had their own bedroom. Clean, nice, lots of hot water.
Bonus was the goat herd and shepherd dog that came by on Sunday morning in the lot next door!
This was truly a five-star experience! As someone who usually stays at luxury resorts and high-end properties, I was thoroughly impressed. The host’s communication was fantastic—prompt, clear, and helpful via text. The home itself exceeded our expectations. I traveled with my parents and a friend, and we all found the space comfortable and welcoming. My parents enjoyed the second bedroom just off the kitchen, while my friend and I stayed in the two bedrooms down the hallway behind the door —this arrangement worked out perfectly for our group. My retired parents love watching TV, so they especially appreciated relaxing in the living room with Netflix in the evenings and didn’t have to worry about the TV being too loud. A quick tip: If you’re getting grocery or food delivery, be sure to use the actual house number on the front property sign. Otherwise, the delivery might end up at the vacant house up the hill. It wasn’t far to pick up our order, but it’s worth noting! We took the host’s recommendation for the KefVan wine tour, and it was absolutely five-star. We had a fantastic day at wine tastings! Overall, we loved our stay and would book this home again in a heartbeat. The history of the Blanchard family and the estate was a wonderful touch to read about. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable, memorable, and luxury experience!
