"Overall ok. The pics accurately reflect the apartment. The apartment needs some maintenance. Shower faucet handle is missing a screw so the handle comes off in your hand when adjusting the faucet. Toilet tissue fixture is missing the roller, so the TP rolls are stacked on the vanity. The collapsible kitchen table is broken on one side. Some coffee mugs were not clean. "I have only one thing I can suggest, is this- Usually, if I arrive, say 2hrs ahead of 3pm check in, at other hotels, they will assign me a key & pw. Then ask we give them however much time they need to clean it up. The clerk was very nice & tried to compensate that he would get us the first room available was ours. It was very clean & beds are comfortable, the water was great & A/C worked great, too. My sister stayed in another Wyndham hotel in town, they had NO A/C & no one to fix it or move from their room, to another room. In a whole it was pretty good. "

Rustic Ridge Cabins, Charming Retreat (3 Options!)

"Extremely clean. Looked as advertised. Comfortable bed and linens. Provided coffee!! Only complaint is that the wi fi was inaccessible. No telvision. Tried the number password and cabins25. Would not work. Double checked several times to make sure I had it correct and it appeared to be a problem with the connection or modem. Even rebooted the system. Other than that which was not a deal breaker for us the place was great! "
