"There is a lab of service and attitude towards their job. Fancy hotel but lack of quality service. Also the location of the hotel is a bit far away from dining selections. For shorter stay it’s fine. There is no room service available. Only outside order service can be used (must be able read and write Chinese). Limited staff who can help in English available."
