Nested in a wooded glen next to an active backyard creek, this beautiful creekside home makes a perfect getaway.

- Living Space-

The cabin is loaded with stylish charm from room to room! The living area with double-height ceilings and a stacked stone fireplace is perfect for gathering and conversation. It has beautiful views of the forest outdoors thru multiple windows. Above the fireplace is a large TV for movie night or game night :) The roomy open floor plan leads to a charming keeping room sitting area- a great option for morning coffee, tea, to read a book, or play a game. Downstairs a second living room also has a large TV and boasts a second stone fireplace. Off the living room is a second screened porch sitting area- a great spot to sit and listen to the beautiful sound of the creek or read a book. Upstairs off the dining area is a deck with a gas grill and a big green egg for grilling, and relaxing furniture for the grill chef to enjoy.

-Kitchen & Dining-

Nearby the roomy dining table seats 6 and overlooks the back deck and wooded back yard. The back deck features a small dining table, additional seating area and a Big Green Egg grill and new propane grill. The kitchen overlooks the private backyard and is a tranquil spot for any chef, offering beautiful wooded views. The well-appointed kitchen has a gas stove and offers the perfect spot to make a cup or coffee or a memorable family meal.

-Beds & Bathrooms-

The primary bedroom is on the main level (king), and has an attached bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are on the lower level. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. The bedrooms share an attached bathroom.

Behind the house- is a gorgeous expanse of trees, at the edge of a creek. Enter home easily from the flat-covered parking pad directly- in front. Easy entry to front of house. Fantastic location to enjoy the adventures of Big Canoe.

Sip wine, explore the creek, walk to the lake, and relax at this beautiful, unique and one-of-a kind mountain retreat. :)

Very mice area

This was a very nice place to stay and it was very big. Big Canoe is a nice area with alot of things to do ( hike,golf and other activites) . Having a gas and charcoal grill to choose to cook on was great.

Perfect mountain getaway

Traveled to Big Canoe with my son, brother and his son for a college sendoff fishing trip and the accommodations were excellent! Kitchen is ably equipped to handle meals in the cabin and the beds were very comfortable. Close the the marina and hiking trails yet well secluded, this property was perfect for us! Coffee on the deck or screened in porch was a perfect start to fun and relaxing days! An excellent choice for those who don't require hot tubs and home theaters to have a fulfilling vacation!

VARY DISCUSTED!

We arrived Tuesday October 10 staying seven nights. Upon entering the cabin we were greeted with a stale smell not a clean home smell. Here is a list! Dishwasher not working,burners on stove not working at times,coffee pod use maker clogged went all over counter had to clean out. Dishes had to be washed before use. Turned on several lights and they were out. We had to clean the grill before use as it was disgusting dirty!!! Dryer was packed with lint had to clean. The ac vent cover fell down and the ac filter has not been changed in months if not longer. The filter was disgusting black dirty. We had four adults and one teen. We didn't have enough wash clothes and towels to get us through one day... We had to purchase washcloths and towels.... The washer and dryer are vary low capacity. My wife did wash every day. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation but my wife cleaned and did the wash just like at home!!! The master bedroom had an empty tissue box .. Their was a half a roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom so we had to purchase a pack of toilet tissue and tissues. We noticed instructions on the refrigerator or chores to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher not working so we had to hand wash all dishes. Also the list said to strip all used beds and put near washer and we did strip the beds. List said to empty all garbage or we will incur a fee and we took all garbage to the proper place. In summary we PAID a $130.00 CLEANING FEE!!!! WHY WERE WE CHARGED THIS FEE AS T
