"The property was amazing and huge! Had everything we could possibly want. The swimming pool and hot tub was a great addition as well as the ping pong table/football field/basketball hoop! "Nice property, some parking available on the street but may be harder in the summer months. Nice size for all of us to fit in and the downstairs room, kitchen diner was good for socialising. The steps down to the kitchen are steep and may cause issues for people with mobility issues or little kids but all good for us."

"Our stay was flawless, conveniently located in the heart of the countryside. The facilities were great and the listing doesn’t do it justice, all of us who stayed had nothing but positive things to say about the accommodation which was thoughtfully decorated throughout. It was a shame the weather wasn’t on our side the whole time so we could make use of the great outdoor space however we were so lucky with the inside space that it didn’t affect the weekend. "My adult daughter and I stayed here with our two dogs so that we could have our own space whilst visiting family nearby. The bungalow was absolutely perfect for us; well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, dog friendly, enclosed garden with fabulous views and lots of lovely walks nearby. Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. We will most certainly be returning. Thoroughly recommend."

"Staying in the lovely cottage in Shaldon was an absolute delight! The accommodation itself is excellent and close to amenities. The village boasts a bakery, inviting pubs, and the fantastic Clipper restaurant, ensuring there's never a shortage of delicious dining options. Additionally, the short walk to Teignmouth provided ample opportunities to explore the pier, browse quaint shops, indulge in cozy cafes, and even take a scenic ferry back to Shaldon, making it a truly memorable and picturesque...

"Well equipped one bedroom barn conversion in a secluded location. This was a real find and the ideal place for us to stay with our two dogs. This is a great base for exploring the local area. The hosts, Margaret, Ron and Sue were very friendly and the welcome goodies were much appreciated. This is probably the best self catering accommodation that we have stayed in. We would certainly return here if we are in the area. Thank you all"

"Six of us stayed at Sunnybrook, for 3 nights.There was ample of space for us all, kitchen amenities had everything you can think of. Could not access the online guest book, there was a hard copy at property but not sure if we missed any info such as how to work the oven but we managed it. We really enjoyed our stay and was blessed with good weather so that we could sit and enjoy the garden. Didn’t need to contact host however bumped into someone when we arrived. Host messaged to check everything...

"What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again ."

"Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)"

"Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. "
