"The hotel beds were among the most comfortable we had in a long time. The Wi-Fi did not work on my Windows 11 laptop and the staff supervisor gave me access (for 4 days we stayed) on her staff ID in the network which was going beyond normal service. I had two couriers with visa related documents - one which I got at the hotel a couple of days prior to my landing in the USA from Ecuador in July 2026, and the staff had the courier package ready at registration. The other one I got on my 2nd day there. The Staff was extremely courteous and professional. The breakfast had hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, in addition to juices, bagels, waffles, some cereals with additions such as nuts and sprinkles, and toast with hot coffee) on 3 of 4 days there. Pretty convenient hotel but no restaurants/Convenience store close by. Hotel does not have a business/copy/scan center. Upstairs they have bottled purified water which one can take in one's flask or bottle. Great experience overall. Highly recommend."
