"From the moment we checked in with Tina (I believe) it was smooth sailing. She was fast and efficient and explained parking and everything we needed to know about the amenities and our room. Our room was very clean, the beds and bedding were extra comfortable, and the added bonus of the kitchenette was great. We only stayed one night for a concert nearby at the Spectrum Center and it was a fantastic location for that. Thanks to the gentleman who was working that Tuesday late night for helping me pick out a tasty snack too!"

"From the location to front desk to housekeeping was awesome. Rooms clean and the sofa bed was clean! I think that is often forgotten during the cleaning but not on this stay! Definitely would recommend! If I’m ever in Charlotte again this will be my choice!"

"I visited a similar property in Newark Delaware back in 2024 and the overall service was terrible. I vowed that I would never go back to that Delaware property again As for this one in Charlotte, in close proximity to the airport and staying as layover passenger for one night, the experience was far better than the one I had in Delaware I have one suggestion though. Please clean the air vents in the bathrooms regularly. The bathroom in mine was pretty dirty. I mentioned a similar complaint about the one in Delaware Overall, it's a very decent property and I would use it again should I have to pass through Charlotte."

"I enjoyed my first experience at an Omni hotel. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. However, I was disappointed over the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. In addition there weren't any places to hang items in the bathroom. I also thought the hallway corridor lacked sufficient lighting. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay."
