Home Away From Home: From Abandoned to Luxurious!

"Very lovely set up, had 4 families there in the afternoon for some great-grandma time, with 4 adult children actually sleeping there. My children said they called about towels and were told there were 4 (we reserved for 6 adults), I believe there may have been a couple of towels in some drawers too? My daughter freaked out a little when on the last day, prior to 9:00 AM, staff walked right into the residence without knocking. (She was there without a car waiting for a ride to the airport.) I would definitely book again."

"This was our 5 th year staying. There were 5 “vintage nurses “ that enjoyed the home. Very clean and had all the things needed for sharing our meals. The pool has been completely redone and was wonderful. We enjoyed dinner out in ceresco and an evening at the nearby Arthur James winery. Jack and Harriet were wonderful hosts as always, as well as their dog Boesen. Many happy memories were shared."

"This hotel is *exceptional* for the price! Really, I was prepared for a lot worse based on past experiences booking hotels at this price point. It is way better than that. I literally am looking forward to staying here again. The only thing I’ll say is that my bed was quite firm. I happened to not mind this, but others might."
