This means you can be in the pool are, but no loud screaming or music allowed after 10pm.
Home has a camera in the pool area for security reasons.

**** PARKING RULES: Please be aware there is no street parking. Vehicles will be towed at owner expense.
Commercial, Recreational Vehicles, Trailers and Boats are not allowed on property.

****Garage is NOT AVAILABLE (Owner Car Inside) 3 standard cars fit in driveway.

**** $300 Security Deposit Hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival
