Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
When we arrived, the reservations were not found. We were evacuating due to a hurricane and had little choice but to pay the hotel again, as by this time there were no other hotels available. The room had no pillows on the bed, the remote was missing for the TV so we could not watch for updates on the storm, there was only 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper for a 2-night stay, the AC had 2 settings (Artic blast and hot), there was only 1 bath towel for 2 people for 2 days (no wash cloth or hand towels) there were roaches climbing all around, and most of the doors looked like they had been kicked in at one point or another.
