5/3 Pool home located in Sunset Ridge Community!

Beautiful, 5BR/3BA pool home in Sunset Ridge. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. It is located in the convenient Davenport community of Sunset Ridge which is close to shopping at Posner Park, Advent Health emergency room, dining, local amenities and access to I4. Less than 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, Sea World and International Dr. Open kitchen where you can prepare meal for family and friends. This home comes with 2 master bedroom and a private bathroom, each bedroom comes with a King bed and a TV. The third bedroom comes with a bunk bed and an amazing Harry Potter decoration. The fourth comes with 2 twin beds and a unique cars decoration. Last but not least our last bedroom that comes with 2 twin beds and an exquisite unicorn decoration.
Large living room with a sectional to enjoy a movie night with the kiddos.

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
Surveillance cameras on the entrance.
BBQ is an additional fees.
NO landline phone is provided
