Nicely upgraded Villa, ready to accommodate your large family with extra comfort. 6 Bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms & 2 half bathrooms. A bonus family area and pool table is the first thing you see. Open kitchen and living room which is perfect for entertaining. The large living room dining table overlooks the fabulous pool and spa area, providing enjoyment for the stunning sunset. The pool screen is covered by tropical garden, giving you that resort feel and extra privacy. Fully tiled first floor. The garage was turned into a game room with foosball, air hockey for extra family fun. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second level and there is a bonus loft with sofa and TV here as well. There is a half bath by pool deck.

**POOL&SPA HEATING** There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We advice to inform us 48 hours prior for arrangements.

**PET POLICY** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed. $150 Pet fee for each animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged.

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 4 cars. Watersong Community does not provide overflow parking. Vehicles are limited to garage or driveway space, and there is no street parking. Thank you for your cooperation.

** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill. If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

Month long stay

Overall, the house is nice. The outside needs pressure washing as it looks very dirty compared to others. The outdoor decking was very dirty, (We cleaned it ourselves). The games that are there all need repairs. (No balls for foosball, returns for both foosball and air hockey are broken, pool cues are in bad shape) My husband improvised and fixed them so they could be used. Killed mice in garage, had to buy silverware, as there was only 3 forks and spoons. We also had an algae problem with the pool for 21/2 weeks of the 4 that we were there. Being there for a month, we did change bedding. The mattress pads on some of those beds are gross!!! Had other issues with tvs and dryer which were taken care of by maintenance in a timely manner. The house just needs a good overall going through to make sure things are clean and working.Would be nice when you have a long term renter, to have access to a broom/mop to clean. We did go buy them and left them there.

Siblings Weekend

Booked this rental for our twice a year get together of my brothers/sisters. We traveled from SC, GA and Fla.I can start by saying that there was a review posted about a week or so before we arrived on 4/27/25. It had made mention of the kitchen pots/pans were sub par for cooking, hardly enough silverware for their group etc. That was an understatement. We had to go and purchase new skillets due to the unusable condition of the ones in the kitchen. The other mention of the previous renters was that the pool was a problem during their stay. When we arrived, the pool was green and the water level was too low for it to even reach the skimmer. I immediately reached out to the management group and they sent someone out. He had to add water, a bunch of chemicals and tried to scrub the green algae off the sides of the pool. Needless to say, the pool was not fit for swimming. It got a little better on Friday, but still not swimmable. On Saturday we went out and bought our own “shock” to hopefully get it clean enough to swim. It was finally clear on the day we checked out. Our takeaway from the house was that the inside was nice, plenty of room. But the biggest takeaway was that the house does not look like the advertised pictures. It is badly in need of maintenance. There other issues inside that just basic maintenance would fix (as the pictures below will show).Hope this helps with other families booking off of pictures, and then arriving to something completely different.
