We are located in the prime district of Davao, in the heart of the retail and commercial vicinity of Abreeza Mall. The mall hosts renowned fashion brands like H&M, Esprit, Armani Xchange and many retail and Food & Beverage amenities. It also has a cinema, food court, as well as a supermarket. You do not need to go out of the area for all your shopping needs!

Our brand new condo unit is currently located in a high-end central retail and commercial hub in Davao.
Fully renovated for the single traveller, group of friends, small family, and the businessman. Enjoy the fresh sea views while relaxing in our fully airconditioned unit equipped with brand new facilities like high speed internet, kettle, LED TV, refridgerator, induction cooker, boiler, microwave, as well as hot water shower facilities.

This is a self-contained studio condo unit, everything is within the unit for your use.
The swimming pool is available for guests at $P150 per person per entry. Due to safety concerns, the entry limit is up to 3 guests at any one time. Gym is not allowed for guests, but for those wanting to keep fit, Anytime Fitness is in Abreeza Mall just 1 min away.
There is a cabinet retained for the owner's use, kindly do not open it.
