"Paid for reservation before I ever left home just to show up & be told...it shouldn't of been on Expedia tonight. I said I already paid for it. They said we have no rooms. I said what am I supposed to do now with two kids in the car...she responded go to another hotel. It is now almost 9 oclock at night a couple hours away from home & all the other motels were almost twice the price which I didn't have. I budgeted what I could afford before I left home. How this is allowed is ridiculous & WRONG....
