Sunrise is a duplex in the exclusive Audubon Place gated beachfront community. This listing is to rent both sides simultaneously. You will be at the very end of a cul-de-sac, so you will have no traffic and super close beach access for your dream Dauphin Island Vacation!

Both sides of Sunrise are tastefully decorated, with beautiful flooring and arched transoms above the living room windows, providing light and a pleasing aesthetic to set your vacation mood.

The suites have an ocean view and lots of room. The other four bedrooms share a common full baths and have a walkout rear deck that is great for bird watching. It views natural sand dunes and island forests.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.

Bird Club Outing

Convenient to all Birding locations on the island. Enough room for everyone to enjoy but have their own space. Even heard of Chuck Will‘s widow out the backyard early in the morning. I would stay here and do recommend it.

Dauphin island was fantastic and the management at this property couldn’t have been kinder. The only things I would say are only one tv worked on each side of the duplex in spite of there being a tv in each bedroom. None of them worked. The stove was also old and needs replacing. All in all a pleasant stay except for the tv issue. Maintenance even came but it was never resolved.

This is the “We Don’t Care” Rental

Sadly, we cannot recommend this property to anyone. Our trouble started with not receiving our door access codes as promised on the day of arrival. We had to call the office upon arrival. At that time, we also discovered that the listing was incorrect. We booked this property because it said there were 2 king beds between the 2 units (due to specifics needs of family members), but the west unit only had a queen. If we had known that, we would not have booked this property. It was obvious to us from the beginning that the rental company does very little to keep these units up or to inventory items between guests. They also care very little for the comfort of their guests. The east unit had outdoor furniture for the livingroom furniture, meaning it was very uncomfortable. There was a smoke alarm hanging loose off the wall in a back bedroom. In the west unit, there were only 2 regular-sized bowls in the kitchen & the ice maker was broken. In both units, the bulbs inside the refrigerators were out. The back shower in the west unit had been installed backwards & upside down, meaning you could not adjust the temperatures to get a comfortable level; what would have been “warm” on a normal shower was “off” in this one. So we either had too hot or too cold water or barely a trickle. It took 4 days for the office to respond to our repeated reports of these issues Due to all the problems, we did get a partial refund, but it was a frustrating stay overall!
