"The bed linens had all kinds of stains, the floors were dirty, the towels were yellow and stained, and for being a non-smoking property, the room smelled of cigarette smoke terribly."

"The room was clean but the shower hardly worked. The faucet was falling out of the wall and would only turn on if held it back in place as you turned it. Was definitely an inconvenience to basically not have a shower."
