"初めて利用しました私と妻、中学生の息子、小学生の娘、メス1歳のポメラニアン1匹と宿泊しました部屋もお風呂もキッチンもベッドもとても良かったです部屋も広くてゆったりできますペットの犬は初めての旅行で心配だったのですが安心して過ごせました外についてるドッグランも綺麗にされていて、初めてのドッグランも楽しめましたただ季節柄、立地柄、虫が多く、到着時に部屋に大きめのアブがいたので持参の殺虫剤にて駆除しました。スズメバチなども近くを飛んでいたのでジェットタイプの殺虫剤なども部屋に備え付けてくださると嬉しいですそれと蚊もかなりいて、だいぶ刺されたので虫除けを忘れずに準備する必要があると思います。ふつーの湯船ですが溜めるお湯が温泉なのは地味にポイントが高いです機会があればまた是非泊まりに伺いたいですね。"

"I stayed at a few hotels and houses in japan and this one was by far my favourite. Beautiful stream outside surrounded by trees, making it very relaxing."

"12月の年始に利用させていただきました。大雪かと思っていましたが、幹線道路から平地をたどっていったので、街中と雪の量は変わらず安心しました。別荘地を出たところには、カフェやレストランもあり、6キロ先にはスーパーがあり、買い物には不便を感じませんでした。建物はしっかりとした作りで、キッチン周りの設備もしっかりと整い、清潔に感じました。外は寒いのですが、暖炉もあり、家の中はとても暖かかったです。何よりも素晴らしかったのは、家の中に温泉があることです。温泉の良い香りも漂っており、いつでも入れるという安心感が、とても贅沢に感じました。１点、少し気になったのは、掃除です。家具が多いためか、部屋の隅の方の掃除が行き届いていないところも少しありました。総じて、素晴らしかったです。また利用させていただきます。"

"Check in / out is smooth, best to arrive site before sunset would be easier for you to identify the direction. Dining area at night is limited, may consider to cook some simple stuff at apartment."

10/10 Excellent

"Very cozy hotel in the small quiet town of Shiroshi. We stayed here only one night for easy access to the Zao Fox Sanctuary the following day, it was well worth all the effort to go and see. Easy access to Shinkansen bullet train, and a Family Mart right across the street."
