"This hotel quickly became my new favorite hotel in HRM after having kids. No complaints about the room, comfortable beds. But as a mom we book our hotels based on pools and convenience. The pool was large, with a second warmer kiddy pool in the back, separated slide that eliminates a lot of worry for moms of small kids for not swimming infront of the slide or ending the slide in a pool of deep water. The slide is also open which is nice for smaller kids. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, I’ve had worse. Location is also fantastic, everything you need is walking distance for those who aren’t city drivers. After my kids were asleep i was able to head out for a bit of shopping (dad stayed with kids). I didn’t feel tied down! I got my morning Starbucks within 2 minutes of the online order. Delicious restaurant outside your door. Playground just outside the hotel, playdium. Great weekend was had! "

"Although the hotel was at the north end of Halifax, it was perfect. We took a bus transit ($4.50) right from the airport to the hotel, which was also 2 blocks from Boardwalk . Rooms clean, perfect. We enjoyed a nice breakfast at hotel, we could take bus transit easily. "
