Set within the peaceful hamlet of Redlap, just moments from Dartmouth and the beaches of Start Bay, Little Redlap stands as one of South Devon’s most impressive coastal period homes. Designed in 1936 by renowned architect Sir John Hubert Worthington, the house has been thoughtfully modernised while preserving its character—most notably through a spectacular, architect-designed 700 sq ft open-plan kitchen and dining space with panoramic views across the gardens and the sea.

A brilliant week at Little Redlap with Fresh Escapes

We all had the most brilliant happy week. Little Redlap is a very special place, it was a privilege to stay there. It is obviously a much loved family house. So close to Dartmouth for extra provisions. So close to the very charming, and very unpopulated, Blackpool Sands. Highly recommended though.
