"The ice machine was broken and I had to get ice from office personnel fridge. He gave me about 10 cubes and said is this enough??? We had been driving all day and wanted a drink to unwind. He acted annoyed that I was even there. Looks like a shoot out and patched not painted, mold on the walls "

Exceptional stay!
"We stayed for a softball tournament and had a little problem with key working but the staff was AMAZING. She knew I was exhausted I’m sure and went above and beyond helping us and we got to switch to a new room with ease. I wish I got her name but hands down will be staying there again next trip there because of the staff! My kids don’t like to sleep anywhere but their own beds but they both said that was the best nights sleep because of how comfortable beds were and I definitely agree. It was a great location and easy to get too. The breakfast was great the next morning also! Very impressed with this stay tru Hilton "
