"We arrived on a rainy day to a sparkling clean cottage and loved it instantly. The pictures don’t do it justice and it was much larger in person. Our boys loved the bunk bed room and we really enjoyed the spacious loft area. The cottage was stocked with everyone you need for a comfortable stay and the outdoor shower was amazing on a return trip from the beach. Thunder cove was a 5-10 min walk and easy for our young children. It’s an amazing beach and was never busy. The use of the beach chairs...

"Great property. Decor was really nice. Beds were very comfortable. Due to unusual humidity, the cottage was warm for the first 3 days but the fans in each room really helped. The rest of the holiday with the normal weather for PEI, the cottage was very comfortable inside. Everything you need to have a fantastic holiday was in the cottage. Thanks for a great week!"

"The house is beautifully situated on the ocean with easy access to the beach. We loved the floor plan and the location in a quiet part of PEI. The layout of the house is great including the easy access to the deck. The furniture is first rate. The beds are comfortable if a bit small. For such a luxury property, we do have a few suggestions. The kitchen needs more Serving spoons, kitchen towels, steak knives, more mixing bowls, and a sheet pan. The grill was filthy. We had to clean it to use...

"This property is peaceful and beautiful and has a perfectly cohesive antique coastal farm house design. My group ended up spending half of our vacation days at the house because was too beautiful to just sleep there and be gone all day. The host was thoughtful and answered all of my questions while we stayed. The water view and lupine - lined red dirt lane are dreamy to say the least. Coffee on the porch and camp fires at night. "The home and property are both immaculate and the proximity to the beach/shore is amazing. Sarah and Jamie were great hosts and easy and attentive to communicate with. We enjoyed our time at your home and our walks on the beach. The little touches like “night lights” and the tide chart and very specific recycling/garbage details – (we hope we got it right 😊) were appreciated. "My mom and I stayed 3 nights in September 2019. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. There were people in the other half of this rental. The walls are very thin and we could hear their conversations and the TV. It would be a great place to stay if both halves of the rental were on a holiday together (eg. a family reunion) but a lack of insulation between each unit was an issue."
