"the room itself was not bad, but the floor was very dirty. there was and over amount of foot traffic all through the night. It was impossible to get any sleep. the next day when we returned to the room at 5:30 in the evening, the room had not been attended to, no trash emptying, no bed made, no fresh towels. We got our things and left, we could not spend another night in this place."

"Excellente hotel, clean, good breakfast, and quiet."

"I have stayed at other Tru locations and this was by far the worst. Without getting too wordy, a few adjectives I would use to describe my room are: dingy, stale, outdated, unclean. It seems that for whatever reason they aren’t even trying."

"Great"

"We had a nice stay at this property, and we were happy about its cleanliness, good service and location."

"Rooms need upgrades. Things are worn out"

"Loved everything"

"This our go to place to stay when we drive to NJ. Stayed here 3 times already this year. The staff here is the very definition of southern hospitality. This is the primary reason why we keep coming back. The hotel is also always clean and the rooms are well maintained. Breakfast has different varieties each time we stayed there. We'll definitely come back. Can't wait to see the smiles on their faces."

"The first room had a broken toilet, phone and mirror. When reporting to the staff, which i had to walk back to the front desk seeing c the phone didn't work, I got a dismissive attitude. She did however assign me another room. I had already unpacked everything. I moved everything to the new room and found the phone not working. I walked to the front again and she acknowledged the phones don't work with no apology, just attitude. There was NO coffee at breakfast and most items were...

"I've been to a few hotels in North Carolina.and so far, I have not been too impressed, but I must say, the Fairfield is a South Carolina hidden treasure, it's close to the airport and was convenient for my travel situation, the location was somewhat hidden but when I arrived\nAt 2 AM I still felt safe. The parking lot was well lit far from sketchy and it was very modern and clean inside and outside the rooms are spacious and the beds were beyond comfortable and breakfast wasn't bad either (...

"My stay was awesome! The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful on all the small things that can make travel stressful. From the moment I walked in they provided gold star service. Jenine, Kamesha (sp?), Hanna, and the rest of the staff were spectacular. I opening the spellings correct, my apologies if I did not. I would absolutely (and likely) stay again!"

"Room was beautiful and comfy. Staff was great!"

"Rooms were clean, the staff were really kind, the breakfast had some variety. Would stay again if I needed to go to Florence, South Carolina. Very walkable, in the downtown area."
