So many amenities including a wonderful patio area that is shaded and has a outdoor fan, the backyard with seating and nice pool to cool off, bikes, and beach towels. "We loved this beautiful and spacious home located in a very quiet neighborhood. The screened porch was a favorite place when we weren’t at the beach. The beach is about two blocks from the house, and turned out to be a simple walk for the adults and 6 year old granddaughter with us. Three year old needed a wagon for transport. We walked to the beach entrance to the right of King and Prince Hotel, as you face hotel from street."

"The location of the property was definitely the bright spot of the stay. The house is truly within walking distance of everything. The check-in procedure was not quite up to date or accurate, it made entering the property difficult. The cleanliness of the house was generally fine, but the refrigerator smelled like fish for the first two days and didn't get all that cold. The freezer didn't freeze anything, it was just a colder version of the fridge. The dishes generally needed to be washed...

We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about.
