In the complex: lounge, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Demmin" 13 km, sandy beach 3 km, swimming bay 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 24 km, tennis 15 km, riding stable 200 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Klostersee 3 km, Kummerower See 6 km, Peene 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked.
