"Lovely spacious clean cottage, very well equipped. Owners were attentive nice people. Summer or winter very comfortable place to be. Good position for visiting lot's of places. Lovely patio to sit in looking out towards the cattle in the fields, watching sunset or rise! We would definitely stay again. Thank you."

"This is a fantastic property in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes drive from Wakefield and about 30 minutes from York or Harrogate. The cottage is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. Clean and modern inside ample parking and great views."

"Spent 4 nights in this lovely, comfortable and well equipped property. Great location with walks from the door and well placed to explore the Holme Valley, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, National Coal Mining Museum and for wandering off to the Peak District. Also convenient for Huddersfield. Quiet location minutes from Almondbury where there are shops, pubs cafe and also from Farnley Tyas and it’s pub. Note: the property is on a bus route to Huddersfield. Would we stay again? Definitely "

" Country road unamed , Speeders 50 / 60 mph plus used as a rat run . Not safe for walking out with dog or young child . Property nice but dog has to go too up side of road as no garden . Too fast traffic passing , Settees 2 seaters too small not comfortable and I’m a size 14 , this has been mentioned in comments book a few years ago . Info leaflets over 2/3 yrs old so prices out of date . For pub menus need binned despite Everyone does not go on the internet looking for everything on it your...
