"Hot water isn’t hot enough"

"Homey, quiet and perfectly located property. Easy to communicate with John. Will definitely be back!"

"Great amenities, impeccably clean, and a fantastic location right in the heart of Old City, yet somehow peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t ask for more."

"The host welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. The house was exactly as described. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking my coffee. It was a quiet area and convenient to many of our destinations. Highly recommend."

"place was beautiful and clean. only complaint is the TV's should at least have basic cable including ESPN, major networks, ect. not everyone likes streaming channels where you cannot watch everyday sports and programs"

"This property has an excellent location. Rittenhouse Square, restaurants/shopping and the subway are all within short walking distances. Historic locations/tourist sites were a little farther away but still within reasonable walking distances. Check-in is contactless with the instructions a breeze to follow. Bed and other furniture are comfortable. We had some minor issues with the television and the host was super responsive. There is a little noise from the establishment below and trash...

"Easy access, easy parking areas nearby, good downtown location"

"Great location with several restaurants nearby in walking distance. This home was neat and clean and in a nice location."

"Our 1st time visiting to see tourist sights. This place is within 3-4 blocks of Philadelphia's 2 Hop-On/Office tour bus companies. There's a bakery/café & Starbucks across the street, plenty of food within walking distance, as well as we found affordable long term parking 3 blocks away. The building was recently renovated to like brand new. We loved our stay!!!"
