"House was very dirty, no heat, kitchen cabinets and drawers all broken and filthy, mold in the refrigerator, bathroom fixtures broken, shower clogged. Property manager didnt address any of the issues, refused to bring additional wood for chimney and blankets, didn’t even come when power went out because of storm. Property manager attempted to come in the house with vendors to install cinema system during our stay, Very rude, unprofessional and cheap."

"i have always stayed and selected this hotel for more than 7 years , at least twice a year. But this time, it was different. the hotel is understaffed and not responding as they used to do before. In addition, AC everywhere in the hotel is intentionally not being turned on for saving purpose. in conclusion, I hope this situation will be solved soon !."

"It is a chic and stylish hotel with friendly staff and great amenities. The food is spectacular especially the Italian restaurant which I loved!!"
