"Lovely small hotel near the airport. Free pick up and drop off to the airport operates very efficiently. Excellent communications from start to finish and the reception staff goes out of their way to help and support. Also I got the room at 5 am on arrival at the property - never had that privilege anywhere in the world. Only to be aware that you have to climb a flight of stairs to your room with your luggage ( you can leave heavy luggage for storage in ground floor if you don’t need it). Lovely clean room. "

"The room was dirty and small. I didn’t mind the small room but the filth was horrifying. Walls were stained and the bathroom was filled with mold. Faucet with giant paint chips. I couldn’t help to be grossed out by a dried booger below the wall of the vanity mirror. This is definitely not a 4 stars accommodation. The comforters were disgusting yellow and dirty. I was glad the shop downstairs sold disposable bedsheets. There were roaches in the dining area when we had our breakfast on the first day. The staff were nice and accommodating. I can’t believe Expedia allow this place to be categorized as 4 stars hotel. Do better Expedia. All the good reviews are fake and were exchange with free vpn. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. location was absolutely amazing. The view from our room was superb and truly made the experience special. We also received outstanding customer service from the front desk—Mandy was especially helpful, professional, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel, and we look forward to returning."
