Owner cancelled without alerting us
We showed up at the house only to be told owner no longer used VRBO. We’d traveled 7.5 hours with a cancer patient and a service dog only to arrive and find out that we had no place to stay. Booking was not cancelled until after we called and messaged owner multiple times. No apology from owner and no support from VRBO. We were left scrambling to find a hotel. Horrible experience all around.

Great neighborhood house was amazing very accommodating for family of 8. Property manager responded prompt and answer all questions. Will we stay again.
