"Spent a long weekend at the property with the family. There was ample room for the 4 of us. The place was clean, the kitchen had all the essentials (and some nice bonuses) and the beds were comfortable. The location was a bit north of the really crowded areas, but convenient to get to Mt. Washington and Littleton."

"The property was perfect for our 3 week stay! The bed was extremely comfortable ( we are picky) and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I wouldn't recommend for small children, due to the stairs , but our 5 and 6 year old children were quite content and loved the dock for fishing. There's a beach just down the road that y'all can walk to, and lots of dirt roads and trails for hiking and walking. ATVs can be rented from Berlin NH. Mooselook Diner has the best breakfast...
