"The Royal Sonesta was perfect for our family vacation. We had a small room that featured two "queen" beds. It was small but we were not there for the room. We spent two nights visiting the Science museum and the location was great! The pool was open until 10 which was great because we were too busy during the day to enjoy it. There is a large shopping mall across the street. We had a nice breakfast at the restaurant on site with views of the Charles River. We will be back! "

"It was a nice little hotel that was out-of-the-way in terms of the hustle and bustle downtown Boston, but still within walking distance to go eat somewhere nice and do some sightseeing. I was there for business, but I would definitely go back there for pleasure as well."

"Travelled with my parents to take a quick trip to Salem. Loved that there was shopping right next door, also choice of restaurants nearby. They weren’t thrilled with the breakfast options, as they are used to more of a continental buffet style, but it met our needs for our first day and we found the Friendly Toast nearby, which was a fun retro breakfast-brunch place. It was clean, had fluffy towels, but hard to rate staff, as we hardly saw any. (They only clean after 3 nights) fine for us, we’re not pigs lol"
