"The hotel, guest rooms, restaurant, and service were excellent. We loved our hotel room - junior suite XL for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The walk to Old Town area was farther than I thought, but I found a bus stop just outside of the hotel through the OBB mobile app that was fast. You can walk to the train station for more eating options."

The staff was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and willingly assisted with the small things like scheduling a cab and navigation around the city. I’d recommend an upgrade with a river view, but nevertheless, I’d rebook without any reservations on my next visit."

"Excellent hotel with small bar fridge and safe and air conditioning. Tram 71 in front brought us to Opera House and Hofburg. Subway/train can go to airport in under 30 mins. 2 mins walk to the beautiful Belvedere gardens free everyday. Room was large and very comfortable with lots of closets and free sauna and steam room. Nice smell in lobby and cleaning staff did a great job everyday."

"Nothing really negative about it. I guess this is a Radisson's no frilled property. Room decor was a vibrant but bit basic. Such as clothes rail instead of wardrobe. Coffee and tea were available but needs to go ground floor...I felt inconvenient. "
