Located on the west side of the NYS Finger Lakes Region, this secluded very private, 34-acre property has hiking trails and is close to state parks, skiing, and a reasonable drive to tons of wineries and breweries. It also a 7-minute drive to stores/Dansville, NY.

Plenty of parking for 10+ cars.
Pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (sometimes earlier or later, please inquire for your specific stay)
There are smart TV's provided that you can login and and use streaming services, but basic cable is not provided.
JULY AND AUGUST BOOKINGS ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY
No one under 25 years of age may book this property.
No GLASS OF ANY KIND in OR anywhere near the pool or hot tub
No parties or events without prior approval in writing from Apex Vacation Rentals
No camping or RV's on the property without prior approval
No fireworks whatsoever are allowed anywhere on the property
Quiet hours are between 10PM - 8AM

Any guest found to not be following house rules on the property may result in immediate eviction of the entire group with no refund and the booking guest's credit card may be charged for any all costs incurred by the host caused directly or indirectly from the aforementioned non-compliance. Such action will be at the sole discretion of the property owners and/or Apex Vacation Rentals.
