"Great location, easy to find with good access for our needs. Two incidents outside of the control of the host occurred. Garage spot was occupied by another car in-spite of clear instructions from host that is was for two vehicles. We were able to easily find street parking. Late night (actually early morning as it was 2:15am) party in unit next door was loud for more than an hour. There was no one to “inform” since this is an apartment building. "This property sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood and an older home that seems to be a renovated 2nd floor/flat. It is extremely clean!! Everything was in working order. Beds were extremely comfortable. TV's were updated (one in the living, one in one of the bedrooms (not the master)). Even though one full bathroom, it is large and had enough space to spread out.
