"This is a stunning hotel in the center of town run by a lovely, kind and welcoming family. A true taste of France! The hotel was super clean and grounds absolutely gorgeous. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. "

"We were the only people in this chateau which was nice but kind of weird. They just reopened we were told. I liked my room; the mattress was very comfortable and the fabric on the walls was very elegant. It was a little tight with the queen bed but it was fine. The bathroom was fine apart from the 1/2 circle shower which I continuously banged into while showering. Other than that it was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing around this place; in the middle of nowhere. "

Le lendemain j'ai annuler les deux jours restant à cause du bruit et de la sécurité inexistante la nuit. "Having read some scary reviews, we were a little worried - but it was not at all Fawlty Towers. The building itself is magnificent - it's definitely the tallest room I've ever slept in. The roses in the walkway - such a scent. The gardens have a well-tended, shabby-chic feel where you can see the grandeur of the original planting being colonised by nature. The menu is expensive but if you are at all foody, go for it. It was delicious. If you are more budget-orientated there's a bistro just outside the gates and another reasonable place by the station. It probably helps if you can speak French as not all staff were confident in English. I would have liked more info about the castle/hotel/facilities in the room just because I like stuff like that."

"The most amazing property with superb views, oodles to do for entertainment. The pool and spa facilities are amazing and all the sports equipment were well used by our family group. There was 38 of us, across three generations and we would visit again in a heart beat!"
