"The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. "Perfect location with lot of shops and restaurants around the corner. Subway is nearby and taxi stand is just right outside the hotel. New and clean with good clean window which i could look at the Ximen area from my room. Great amenities and polite staff. The only minus point is there were lot of mosquitoes at the lifts and foyer area."
