2 hours from Paris, in an idyllic and quiet setting, this comfortable house located in the Pierre et Vacances Normandy Garden Village will be an ideal pied-à-terre for your holidays in the region.

It can accommodate up to 8 people and has a pleasant living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Access to the swimming pools is available. Sheets and towels included.

The single storey house is composed as follows

- Bright living room with lounge-dining area and open kitchen: sofa bed, TV, dining table for 8 people, dishwasher, washing machine, hotplates, crockery...
- 1 master suite with bathroom and WC
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds
- 1 shower room with WC
- 1 large open wooden terrace of 30 m², with electric barbecue, wooden table and chairs that can accommodate a large family + 1 other small terrace with sheltered garden furniture.

Access to the swimming pools is free. There is an indoor pool with a paddling pool, an outdoor pool called lagoon, and a third, larger pool with a depth of 2 metres. The pools are open all year round, except from 29 November to 18 December.

Other remarks
Animation all year round with or without supplement organised by professional animators, 3 indoor and outdoor swimming pools, heated, supervised by lifeguards, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi (to be booked at the reception), catering and breakfast possible on reservation at the restaurant, table tennis, football stadium, tennis court, mini-market, children's park and villages, wifi available at the reception with supplement. The aquatic areas and access to activities are closed from 29 November to 18 December. WI-FI is available at the reception of the Pierre & Vacances centre at an additional cost.

Location d’un logement dans une résidence Pierre et Vacances appartenant à un particulier. Les + : vous bénéficiez des infrastructures Pierre et Vacances (piscines, mini golf, terrains de jeux…) et le personnel est très sympathique. Les - : le logement n’était pas très propre (étagères pleines de poussière, sol sale…). Nous avons néanmoins passé un tres bon séjour car l’emplacement est idéal.

Les lits lndividuels sont trop étroits c'est des lits pour enfants 70 cm. La douche et la baignoire sont très glissantes. Le ménage était mal fait. Il manque des transats sur la terrasse. Nous sommes déçus.

Semaine relaxe en famille. Terrasse du bungalow pour prendre l'apéro...Piscines et infrastructures variées. Proximité du littoral, groupes de jeunes présents donc pour que les enfants, c'était top...tous les ingrédients pour passer une chouette semaine !!

Sejour familial en Normandie
la propriete est tres bien agencee pour 1 vie en famille a 6 mais pas a 8 ( canape qui fait office de lit est horrible pour le dos d'1adulte). Il y a tout le confort ménager mais pas les notices de fonctionnement. Galere pour la plaque de cuisson et les fours!! Par ailleurs les couverts sont au nombre de 8. Donc obligation de faire tourner le lave vaisselle a chaque repas. Enfin, le wi fi était 1 des criteres de sélection et sur place impossible de l'avoir car on ne fait pas partie du Village Vacances. Il faut espérer qu'il n'en est pas de même avec les jeux et le parc aquatique quand ils fonctionnent. Grande déception des enfants car les photos montraient tous les jeux et les piscines qui étaient non accessibles!! Il aurait été bon de le préciser dans l'annonce.
